After graduating from ICP, photographer Ni Liang shot mostly large format photography. In a bid to get further explore his photographic practice, Liang turned to the familiar yet overlooked. Therefore, he put down the large format camera, picked up his iPhone 4, and focused on documenting his hometown’s lake, ‘Lake Tai.’ This series was selected by Berlin Photo Festival in 2013 and also exhibited at several international photo fairs. This book became one of Imageless’ first every book productions.
